We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland)

  • Select international destinations outside of the European Union

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to countries within the European Union at this time due to regulatory restrictions.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard UK Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.

  • Express UK Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.

  • International Shipping (Non-EU): Delivery times vary by location and may take 7-21 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as postal strikes or customs processing.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected. Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount within the UK.

5. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments outside the UK, customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

7. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the delivery service, the customer may be responsible for re-shipment costs. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
